Round sludge collector
The sludge collector of the circular sedimentation system has a central drive type and a peripheral drive type, and a central drive type includes a suspension type and a post type. The central drive type with the diameter of the sedimentation tank less than 25m, and the ideal should be the peripheral drive type. In addition, it is recommended that a diameter of 12 m or less be a central drive suspension type, and a sedimentation tank of 12 m or more be a central drive type.
Central drive suspension type
By rotating the scraper arm attached to the drive installed in the inspection booth in the center of the sedimentation basin, the scraper blade is used to scrape the sludge from the bottom into the center of the basement.
Advantages
- The structure is simple.
- Excellent collection
- Incorrect floor finished will damage the collector.
- Balance must be correct
Central drive center pole type
By rotating the scraper arm attached to the drive installed in the inspection booth in the center of the sedimentation basin, the scraper blade is used to scrape the sludge from the bottom into the center of the basement.
Advantage
- Excellent collection.
- Low driving torque.
- Incorrect floor finished will damage the collector.
- Balance must be correct
- The collection ability excellents.
- The drive torque is small
- If the floor finish is not precise, it damages the collector
- Balance must be correct
Outer driving type
There is no limit to the size of the tank.
The mechanical device is simple (the bearing device is relatively small).
Even if the floor finish is less precise, there is less mechanical damage.
Relatively little precision is required.
